Mazu

A retelling of the Taiwanese Goddess of the Sea, Mazu.

Upon discovering the mutant sea creatures caused by human pollution, the bodhisattva of mercy, Guanyin, bestows divine powers and a compassionate heart upon Lin Mu-niang, a baby girl from a fishing family in the hope that she can protect the village.
